What is your mail server address?

Our email server address is You can fill this address into your client software settings as the POP3 server to use. In some cases, this server will be setup as an IMAP server for your account. With POP3, email is downloaded to your local system. IMAP leaves a copy of messages on our server for users that travel alot and access email from different computers. As a result of this added storage requirement, there may be an additional charge for the IMAP service.

Our server also supports SMTP, but we suggest users use their ISP's (Internet Service Providers) SMTP server. Many of the local providers now do not allow SMTP traffic on their network other than their own. The reason for this is that in the past many trojans have been written that use their own built in SMTP servers to send out spam. Using your ISP's SMTP server results in minimal problems at your end, and simplifies mail troubleshooting at our end.
